Hors d'oeurves
Small pieces can be an excellent way to feed an event. In situations where mingling is encouraged and a sit-down atmosphere is not the one desired, we encourage you to consider an hors d'oeurve reception. Such an event can range from a simple buffet-style spread to an elaborate affair with action stations (where food is finished in full view of the guests) and passed hors d'oeurves.
Hors d'oeurves are also an excellent addition to any sit-down dinner. Whether buffet-style or plated, hors d'oeurves add a touch of class and individuality to any meal.
