Since our houses are all over 100 years old, our renters have to be aware that the houses are old. Old houses are charming, but don’t look like new builds.
At 728sqft our houses are cozy. Each house has a front porch, and a small yard. They all have gas heat, electric or gas stoves, electric and indoor plumbing. Some of the units has central AC and some don’t. A few have a washer and dryer hookup. Most of the houses have wood floors with tiled bathrooms and kitchens, but a few have carpet in the living spaces.
People who move to Eclipse, tend to stay for a while, but every once in a while, a house or business space opens up.
